A gold record recipient, Michael’s music is largely inspired by the inspirational landscapes of the American Southwest, and Pacific Northwest, as well as emotions of the heart and soul. Gettel’s music topography extends from virtuosic solo piano, to full productions ranging from soulful acoustic to brilliant electric treatments. He has explored many musical genres, including Celtic on ‘The Journey North’, the deeply spiritual Southwest influenced, ‘Skywatching’, as well as the emotionally cathartic, ‘The Key’.
