Биография
Hotly tipped by BBC Radio 1, Mixmag and DJ Mag, London-based producer and DJ AmyElle has rapidly captured the attention of key tastemakers and music lovers from around the world. She has impressed audiences in her first full year of touring in 2022, with debuts at some of the globes most notorious venues / festivals including Fabric (all night long), Radio 1's Big Weekend, Hideout, Amnesia, Tomorrowland, Secret Garden Party, Printworks, Firefly Festival + more. AmyElle’s earliest memories of music are deeply routed in her parent’s love for classical music. She takes inspiration from her classical roots in John Barry, Ludovico Einaudi and Lambert. “I want to make music that gives you the chills. I write music that I want to go bigger than a specific scene or genre.” Her production style is influenced by old Chicago House and Detroit Techno records that have “stood the test of time”. In 2021, Amy released Feel The Heat on tastemaker indie Another Rhythm. It's been streamed over 5M times, made the cover of Spotify’s UK House Music + was nominated as one of the Best Dance Records of 2021 by BBC Radio 1. AmyElle draws inspiration from icons such as Annie Mac + Peggy Gou. As a young female Amy wants to “shine more of a light on some amazing female & LGBTQ+ creators”, using her platforms as a voice for positive change + carving out space for other women + non binary producers to see themselves in the genre.
