Ngah Rinyu was born in Koutaba, a small town just a few kilometers from Foumban in West Region of Cameroon on February 8th 1997. Her father who was in the Cameroonian Army died during her tender years, leaving her mother to raise her and 5 other Siblings as orphans. This Challenging childhood would go on to forge a very fine Artist out of Rinyu, who just would't stop singing out her soul in local music festivals and talent shows throughout Douala, Yaounde, Bamenda and other Cities in Cameroon. She started a band with her siblings at the age of 9 and this was instrumental in her development as an artist. She would go on to sign for Akumba Music (An Afro Jazz and World Music record Label based in Houston Texas, USA) in February 2019, and recorded the Singles "Where you Dey?" and " Marry Me" in 2019. She Kicked off 2020 with her hit single "Chakara Love" that got fans going crazy for this incredible talent. She then Did a Cover for Simi's Duduke that instantly made Simi's Song a Hit and Cameroon and Also Put Rinyu on the radar in Nigeria. Simi was full of admiration for this young talent and reposted her rendition of Duduke on her Instagram. Rinyu then released another Hit Single "Dreamy Eyes" and it's currently the daily trend in Cameroon. Rinyu Promises more beautiful music for 2020 as she works on her EP titled Black Girl Magic.
