My name is Jireh Carter (pronounced Ji Rah). Born in Dallas Texas, as an artist I represent raw emotion, being true to yourself, being young, being ambitious, and having fun in the pursuit of your passions. To me being an artist is all about the expression of self through audio and visual stimulation. I think we as humans collectively go through unique but similar experiences, whether it be with personal struggles or relationships. To tie that together through the medium of music and have others relate to it is an incredible experience. I like to think I draw small pieces here and there from a wide spectrum of artists. I find myself drawing from personal experiences so it’s hard to pinpoint precisely which artist specifically. I love the artistic direction that my music is headed in besides what has already been revealed I’ll keep you in suspense. My story is still developing and is to be continued. I look forward to showing the world who I am through my music.
