Norwegian/ British FORTELLA found herself living above an old  nightclub in London and decided to go check it out. Inspired by watching UK DJ and producer Hannah Wants ruling over the crowd from her turntables, she immediately knew that this is exactly what she was supposed to do. Right there and then, at this intimate underground club, amidst the glow of iridescent lights, the pulse of the bass from the speakers and sweat dripping from the ceiling, this is where FORTELLA was born.    Named after the Norwegian expression “å fortelle”, meaning “to tell”, in English this pronunciation is closer to an ‘a’ sound which gives us “fortella”.   FORTELLA is a gem and a real rarity in the EDM universe: A rising star on a scene mostly dominated by men, she has made it her mission to make others dance.
