A new up and coming singer and songwriter in the music scene, based out of Chicago, IL. His music is generally R&B/Soul, while he also often incorporates some jazz, hip hop and caribbean vibes. He's influenced by avid storytellers like Sarah Vaughan, Stevie Wonder, Anita Baker, and Lauryn Hill to name a few. Through his evocative lyrics and smooth soulful vocals, Jaleel Amir seeks to share his experiences on the different aspects of love and relationships, in order to help bring about positive atmospheric vibes and healing.
