AXEMASTER is an all original metal band currently signed with Pure Steel Records (Germany) that combines elements of traditional, doom, and thrash metal to create a distinctive sound. The band has a long and established history that spans 3 decades and includes 11 official releases on 4 different international labels, and has had music included on several compilations as well as in 2 movies. In late 2017, Pure Steel released the band's new album "Crawling Chaos" which contains 10 tracks of a combination of traditional/thrash/doom metal with major label sound that shows the band's evolution by retaining a portion of the thrash feel of their previous album ("Overture to Madness"), while still having an overall sound that pays respect to their traditional metal roots from the late 80's and early 90's. Indications are that "Crawling Chaos" will be the most memorable Axemaster release to date. Axemaster's unique blend of styles has proven to be a combination that appeals to metal fans from 2 different generations. This, coupled with the large amount of worldwide exposure they have received over the years and the band's resolve to keep moving forward, gives cause to expect that Axemaster will continue to achieve greater success in the future!
