Starting on piano at the age of 6, My professional music career at ACM in 2015, where I was awarded a Bachelor Honours Degree in Music Industry Practice. During my time, I received one-on-one tuition from renowned professionals such as Brian Henry (SoulIISoul, Nile Rodgers), Mark Taylor (Robbie Williams), John Gallen (Queen), Phil Brown (Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley) I then joined the Roland Cooperation as a Product Specalist and Demonstrator for 4 years. As one of their most experienced specialists in Europe, I went on to help setup projects such as Roland Live and Roland London Store. I was fortunate to help clients such as Tony Banks (Genesis), Darnz (Bass player for Diversity band), Kamal Williams. I was also able to provide product support for Ed Sheeran's and Coldplays Drum Techs. I was also fortunate enough to meet artists such as Noel Gallagher, Rick Astley, Matt Healy, Tony Banks, Jack Garrett and many more. My unique style breaks the smooth jazz chords, combined by the J Dilla sluggish grooves. My musical inspirations include the likes of Robert Glasper, Terrace Martin, Chris Daddy Dave and Hiatus Kaiyote and can been seen in my stylistic approach to work. Producing for artists such as Danni Barnes (Contestant on ITV’s voice and collaboration with Kerry Marshall (Ledsi’s Guitarist) Sam has gone on to work with the biggest names in the industry.
