Dreamy layers. Charming rhythmics. Grooving progressions. These make up the Nashville based Indie rock group, Champion Electric. Formed in 2016, the band merged their unique ideas, comprised of Hunter (Guitar/Vocals), Joey (Noise/Guitar), Zack (Bass/Synths), and Colin (Drums). Drawing influences from the likes of Beach House, Surfer Blood, Knox Hamilton, and MGMT... as well as their Native Ohio and Michigan upbringing, their midwest-coast style supplies a healthy dose of ethereal noise, simplistic surfer-rock melodies, and the foundation of mellow feel.
