Ballroom Boxer is the "Bill Murray of rock n' roll" fitting in everywhere, while standing out. Their raw tones and swift melodies flourished from the music rich cities of Akron, OH, Chicago and Nashville and they cut their teeth on shows with Waters, the Whigs, Bastille, Kodaline, the Big Pink, etc, captivating audiences at SXSW, Lollapalooza Aftershows and in NYC, Chicago, Nashville, Cleveland, Milwaukee and Cape Town, South Africa. Tides, on blue vinyl, was produced by Gordon Raphael (the Strokes’) and Jon San Paulo (Foo Fighters, Liz Phair) at Electrical Audio, recently featured on Dave Grohl’s/Foo Fighters HBO special ‘Sonic Highways’, and Flashpoint Tribeca with Tim Rusin.
