I AM REVENGE was founded in 2010 and released their first demo EP "INVINCIBLE” in 2011. After signing Hamburg based Swell Creek Records, they released their debut album “PIT JUSTICE” in 2012. In the next 2 years the band toured a lot all over europe and kept being busy writing their second, more grim release “RED GOLD” which they released in 2014, also over Swell Creek Records. After a few line up changes, the group took its temporary form in 2015, moved to BDHW Records among bands like Nasty, Brutality Will Prevail, Born from Pain, CDC, Lionheart (and many more) and released their third and until that point heaviest record “RVNG” in 2016. They set the bar even higher with their fourth full lenght "VIOLENCER" in 2018, with Alex from Malevolance featuring on their single "NO ALTERNATIVE". A lot of shows and tours later, the band played Nairobi Metal Festival in 2019 doing some pioneering work for the african metal/hardcore scene. Due to some changes in the cast and of course as a result of the pandemic, it's been quiet around the band in 2021, but the wait is over since the band is going to release their first single since 2018 on the 8th of April 2022 over BDHW Records. Since the main songwriter since 2010 is not part of the band anymore, people can prepare for some new facets of I AM REVENGE and still look forward to some heavy as usual, shattering riffs.
