    Astral Magic is a new solo project by ex-Dark Sun bass player Santtu also known as Dj Astro. During the covid-19 lockdown the idea came from the stars to do something creative to kill the extra time and get seriously into home-recording. 
 Astral Magic has no definitive style or form but as usual everything is and will be spacey and psychedelic. Around 200 tracks have been created so far since March 2020. Some of the tracks are cosmic ambient excursions into other dimensions, some are more space/kraut/psych rocking in the vein of Hawkwind, Gong, Eloy, Pink Floyd, NEU! etc. You can also experience some experimental electronica, pop elements, you name it. 
 The idea is to get friends and relations to help when needed, and so far other contributors include Dr. Space (Øresund Space Collective etc.), Martin Weaver (ex-Dark/Wicked Lady), Pete Bingham (Sendelica), Vince Cory (The Sonic Trip Project/The Sonic Shamen), Samuli Sailo (Mysterose Garden), Vesa Partti (Tuliterä), Fred Laird (ex-Earthling Society, Taras Bulba), Christian Koch (Vibravoid), Neil Whitehead (Vert:x), Jonathan Segel (Øresund Space Collective etc.), Luis Simões (Saturnia), Anton Barbeau, Ilya Lipkin (A Foggy Realm, The Re-Stoned, Maat Lander), Perttu Lindberg (Kings of Nippon, Magot Prom), Jaire Pätäri (Octopus Syng), Kimi Kärki (ex-Reverend Bizarre, Lord Vicar, E-musikgruppe Lux Ohr), Mikael Haavisto (Chalice, ex-Ranger).
