Hailing out of Los Angeles, by way of Maryland, BBY GOYARD, is an American-cultural icon in the making. The producer, writer, rapper, and hyperpop innovator quickly became a staple in the SoundCloud underground after he first burst on the scene in 2015. His unique style, persona, and aesthetic landed him a record deal with the historic PayDay Records/ Elektra Records, followed by the success release of the single, “Run Shannon Run,” In October 2018, amassing 5 mill+ streams, 400k+ music video views, and 10k+ Tik Tok videos using the sound. Since then, he has released several iconic projects such as, "The Secret Lies With Charlotte," "The Secret Lies With Charlotte 2," and "Symbiote." The hyperpop trailblazer has also dabbled into the fashion realm, spotted on social media alongside names such as Robin Jeans, designer Anthony Riddle, and celebrity fashion connoisseur Zack Bia. These are just a few of the influencers who have embraced the NC native. Some of his most notable collaborators include; Destroy Lonely, Caspr, Lil Tracy and David Shawty. Media Platforms such as Pitchfork, Lyrical Lemonade, and Elevator Magazine have also shared in giving BBY GOYARD his flowers early. Heading into October 2022, Shannon is set to release his “4THWALL” LP and Short Film released by Olympus Projects.
