Erik Ortiz, a rapper who goes by the stage name of Erikthemc, is a native of Vista, California who currently resides in Texas. Erik was inspired by an artist named Marco A. Archer. A.K.A Phora, astonished by Phoras' work, Erik at the age of 13, began to perfect his craft in hopes to inspire and help others, though it was not until the age of 15 that he commenced to release his art to the public, creating a name for himself after a few years. Erik now 23, has tracks that have been streamed worldwide over a million times. Expanding his fanbase and awarding him a name in the music industry.
