Ibrahim Ferrer Jr. takes the footsteps of his father, Ibrahim Ferrer and of all “soneros” those of yesterday, of today, and those of forever. He participated in the CD and the film "Buena Vista Social Club", after that experience he made the decision to leave his naval career to settle in Argentina and devote himself to music.<br><br>He has four albums "Son para ti" (2002) with classics of Cuban music. "Al son de un homenaje ", composed by new works of Cuban music that earned him the award for Artist Carlos Gardel to Music 2008. In 2011 he make the album “Mio, muy mio”. And in last place one of his most personal and touching album of his career “Ibrahim canta a Ferrer” with different songs and sounds making a way from the clasic cuban style to more mixed music with rythms as afro latin, tango, bossa nova and latin jazz, in homenage to his father, leader of the Buena Vista Social Club, a beautiful journey to remember his legacy from the point of view of his son.<br>&nbsp;Ibrahim has made different tours through his career, in the last six years he has been presenting in Europe (Spain, France, Greece, Estonia, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal), in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Mexico) and special participation in Cyprus, Morocco, Turkey and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).<br><br>&nbsp;www.ibrahimferrerjr.com<br>
