 The UK Rapper known by the stage name Devz / MrWhoWhatWhere, Up & Coming Recording/Performing Artist originated from East London. 
 Before the breakthrough of his #WhoWhatWhere Freestyle, Devz always had a strong believe, passion and drive in his creative ability and metaphorical lyrical Rap style. Although he has a Performing Arts background, as a hobby he would attend recording studio sessions with friends to gain experience and a feel of recording studio environments.
