Faith Mussa is an award-winning afro-soul singer-songwriter, guitarist and one of Malawi's most popular artists, known for his soulful voice as well as energetic performances. His music combines traditional Malawian vibes with modern sounds to create a unique and new African sound. His music career started in the days when he was playing hand-made gallon guitars and milk-tin drums with his friends and siblings in the dusty township of Ndirande. After playing in a family band for several years, Faith Mussa’s career skyrocketed after the release of his debut solo album “Desperate”. Since then he has performed at some of the world's most respected festivals, such as renowned Glastonbury, Lake of Stars, Arts festival of Northern Norway, World Fest California, Tumaini Festival and many more. In his home country, he has won several prestigious awards, such as Malawi Special Achievers award 2017, Nyasa Award 2017 for best song of the year and MAM award 2013 for best song of the year.
