Bangla Mentalz is a well-known hip hop group hailing from Dhaka, Bangladesh that has gained immense popularity among Bangla rap enthusiasts. The crew was founded in 2007 by Mr. Bangla and was later joined by Tyler Taseen aka 33 in 2011 and SAMIR aka Shmmarda, in 2013, who made his debut with the track Fande Poriya. Bangla Mentalz has collaborated with several big names in the Bangladeshi music industry and is not confined to just rap music. Notably, they became the first Bangladeshi artist to sign up with VEVO and release their first album under G Series, one of the largest music labels in Bangladesh.
