Биография

Amygdala is a five-man band from Legazpi City, Philippines that consists of Jei (Rhythm Guitarist, Vocals), Alver (Lead Guitarist), Ami (Bassist), Fred (Drums), and Cmla (Keys, Vocals). Amygdala was formed in the year 2018 and started as a cover band trying to come up with originals. In 2019 Amygdala started performing in gigs with a handful of originals such as ‘Luna’, ‘Lihis’, ‘maria’, and more. Later in 2019, Cmla was added to the band and since then Amygdala has found its identity in music with genres such as Indie Pop, Indie Rock, and Indie Alternative, though leaning more towards Indie Alternative. Each member had their own individual influences when it came to music, thus putting them together made Amygdala. Like the amygdala, known as the part of the brain that processes emotions, Amygdala wishes to produce a wide variety of sounds and feelings through music.
