Fire Fences are an energetic indie-rock band from South Wales and are proving to be one of Wales’ most promising and exciting young bands. During their short time as a band, Fire Fences have received much prestigious acclaim through: Forte Project - Fire Fences were especially selected by The Forte Project to be one of 10 exciting new artists to receive development opportunities for the best in new music emerging from Wales. Rising Sounds - In 2017, Fire Fences were selected by RisingSounds 2017 as one of the top 10 unsigned bands in the UK. This allowed them to record their successful single, Weather, at the Roundhouse in London. Capital FM - Fire Fences received hundreds of public votes to be named one of the top 3 up-and-coming musical acts in Wales. Firestone - Fire Fences were crowned winners of the UK-wide Firestone Battle of the Bands competition in 2018. They were crowned winners through both a public vote and a panel of judges. For three successive years, games developer ‘704 Games’ have approached Fire Fences to use their music on the soundtracks to their gaming franchise Nascar Heat II, III and IV.
