Since 2018, Yasin has been a rising talent in the melodic house scene—from Europe’s beaches all the way up to heights of Mexico City. His music—which has been called "space beach house"—is a hypnotic mix of deep, organic and melodic house. It draws upon the work of labels like Anjunadeep and Art Vibes as well as artists such as Ben Böhmer, Pandhora and Lane 8. Uniquely beautiful and hypnotic, a blend of popular "deeper" sounds with his own personal touch. Within four years, not only has BYAS grown its streaming catalog to over two million streams without label support, but also remixed artists who have been featured on BBC Radio One. He got remixed by emerging talents like AKZENTH and Helius. (Berlin) BYAS also played the biggest clubs in Belgium—Ampere, Sotto's, ... —and all over Europe. He was booked to play in Croatia, Mexico, Bali and more. Yasin has won or been a finalist in multiple big DJ contests, including Tomorrowland's Dreamville DJ Contest 2018. In 2020, "Building - Radio Edit"—a collaboration with Helius —ended up at nr 22 on Beatport's Hype Top 100 list; this helped to further establish him as a fast-rising presence in the melodic house scene. It is exciting to see the enormous growth of this young artist from Belgium, and it doesn’t seem like that success will be slowing down any time soon.
