La La Lush is a pop rock group from NYC. Their revolutionary sound binds the past with the present, while adding an exciting taste of the future. Blending heavy guitar riffs, syncopated funk rhythms, and the soulful touch of a raspy-pop female vocalist, La La Lush’s eclectic sound has captivated the attention of the music industry and music lovers alike. Lead singer Leea Borst, keyboardist Stephen Francis, guitarist Steve Scarola, and drummer Cashel Barnett fused together their musical talents during their time at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. It was also at Fordham University where the 4 members of the band began jamming with bassist JW Farrell who went on to become the newest member of La La Lush. After playing a countless number of shows throughout New York City, the band has accumulated a large, dedicated following. Despite taking a permanent hiatus in 2015, the members of La La Lush remain close, and constantly collaborate on each other's projects. Steve and Leea (now married) formed the folk duo Unruly Mane, while Stephen Francis and JW Farrell have since begun their careers as solo artists. Each song embodies a new sound, a new groove, a new side of the band. No matter what type of music you identify with, you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for in La La Lush.
