From lyricism that will make your heart melt and harden to a dismal voice that will capture your soul by fire, Dylan Ault writes as down to earth as he is. Growing up in small town Ohio, Dylan gravitated toward an Appalachian, folk style country music and started writing his own songs. “It just feels true and it makes me remember how I belong to myself”, the artist explains as he has set himself out to pursue his music. The sky is the limit for Dylan and he says “Right now, I just can’t create enough and it’s feels really good just to be here every single day.” “I grew up a percussionist and pursued this my entire life, even now. To take things back before music was an essential part of my life, I remember my grandmother gifting me an Elvis trilogy CD pack. I played every CD over and over again and I’d sing every single word straight into my speakers. My parents then bought me a karaoke machine, then a harmonica, then my very first guitar and I fell in love immediately. I taught myself to play and I just couldn’t put it down. Then, I fell in love with songwriting. That’s what did it for me and I’ll never stop.”
