Hey Mr! are Joris and Fernando from Berlin. We do everything ourselves: songwriting, lyrics, recording the instruments, mixing & mastering, music production and also our music videos. We like to build contrasts, so our music moves fluidly between genres (Pop, Folk, Independent, Rock) while always focusing on melody. Our songs are melancholy, bright, loud, and calming. Joris is an original Berliner and the band's singer. A painter, he also hand-draws the art seen in Hey Mr! music videos. Fernando, originally from Caracas, produces the songs and plays guitar. He is obsessed about finding the right sound.
