Rana Mansour is an Iranian-American singer songwriter who is a pioneer in the Persian international music scene. Singing in at least 10 different languages, Rana uses her music to bridge the gap between east and west. A graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA Rana Mansour is the current leading persian female singer who is a devout activist for the women’s rights movement in Iran by vocally expressing her disdain for the Iranian government’s decision to ban women singing in public or as the main performer.
