Maxim Schunk is a German DJ and producer from Ratingen. Inspired by his mother, Schunk started playing the piano at the age of 6. He started producing digital music at the age of 14 and attended a music school in Wuppertal in 2010. In February 2018 he teamed up with Raven & Kreyn and BISHØP to release "My Name", a cover of Destiny's Child, which Beatport has described as "an undeniably infectious remix". Maxim Schunk, previously backed by the late Avicii and EDM heavyweights Don Diablo, Tiesto, Blasterjaxx and Fedde Le Grand, is no longer a stranger to the electronic music scene. After dominating the Spotify charts in 2018 and accumulating over 4 million streams with "My Name", Schunk released the song "Light Up" to land on the Spotify charts again. After a long break from inspiration, Maxim Schunk returned in 2021 with "Lost In You", a collaboration with Harris & Ford. They dominated Spotify's main stage cover and racked up over 12 million streams. The next song "Sing It Back", a remix with GoingDeeper, reached over 15 million streams on Spotify. For a second time in 2021, Maxim dominated Spotify's MainStage cover with "OMG", a collaboration with LUNAX that has already racked up over 8 million streams. His latest cover song ''Lay All Your Love On Me'' from ABBA in 2022 has reached more than 14 million streams. With more than 2 million monthly Spotify listens and countless successful releases, Maxim Schunk is an aspiring artist.
