"I'm a soul music lover, a soul singer" For the past 17 years here, his life has been giving successive "jumps" in the world music, with evidences nationally and internationally. Resident singer in portuguese TV shows, contest's, musical's acting... Rui Drumond must not be judged by the fact of loving the life he leads, have fun singing and treading the path that he wants, also have parallels with the great names in international music. In fact, appears to have very pleased to be making the kind of music that always wanted to do and particularly proud of the project that put "hand-to-work" most recently: is own originals! In 2014 Rui Drumond WON the second edition of The Voice Portugal. In 2017 Rui Drumond edit is first original song “Guardo-te aqui”. In 2018 Rui Drumond edit is first original song in english, Weight in gold. 
 Rui look like walking in and out of itself, interested by stories that turns on music and which can call yours... Which can give them anything, sometimes explored ideas such as universal, but over which can give a new look. Today, with projects such as, Rui Drumond quintet, DRUMOND & The Soul journey. He also brightens the stage for private and corporate events for major brands/companies.
