Биография

Dojo for Crooks is an indie rock group based in Portland, OR, USA. Initially formed in 2011 by childhood friends Braden Anderson (Braden the Young), Jesse Howe, and Andy Thies in a Kansas City garage with a few cheap synthesizers and a drum kit, their sound has come into its own as intrinsic garage-rock built on a foundation of pop influences. The group's characteristic upbeat, distortion-tinged sound has been featured in dozens of television shows and advertisements. After a four-year hiatus, the group released its first new single, "Shock the Room", in 2022 under Middleborn Music.
