Moulann is genre-defying songwriter, vocalist and producer based in Toronto. Her keen ear for catchy hooks is supported by a strong background in classical piano and composition. 
While she is a lightening rod for emotional ballads (her heartfelt, dynamic songs often evoke  comparisons to Kate Bush, Lady Gaga, and Tears for Fears), her stylistic influences and output are diverse. Moulann’s approach to songwriting reflects her thoughtful spontaneity. “Playing with contrast, whether in genre, emotion or some other element, is one of my favourite things,” she says, “For me, the puzzle and fun is in writing to capture an emotion through an unexpected lens, in a memorable way.”
