Branding themselves as "happy sadboi pop n roll," Strangers In Suits is a songwriting and production duo comprised of Vic Benjovsky & Josh Owczarzak. The pair met when Vic was auditioning for a spot as a bassist in Josh's old band. Once rehearsing, the duo realized that they had very similar musical influences and they both wanted to create music that makes you FEEL something; whether good or bad. They set out to create songs that ultimately become the soundtrack to someone's life; whether helping them through a tough time, being the feel good track to put on while cruising, or that special song that you don't know why, but every time you hear it you smile. Drawing inspiration from their life experiences and translating that to song form, the two have created a unique, yet familiar, sound, blending elements of rock, pop, alternative, dance and r&b together. Despite living across the country from each other, they've been able to remotely collaborate on tons of songs and ideas, all full of infectious melodies, earworms and polished instrumentation. Their style is largely drawn from some of the worlds biggest pop/indie pop stars. With a debut LP set for release in the fall of 2023, Strangers In Suits is poised to hit the ground running, and doing so at full speed.
