MAAE - metalcore four-piece straight outta Czechia. The band was formed in 2016. Released two EPs ever since - 'Crossroads' & 'Fire Find Me'. In November 2022 MAAE released a debut full-length album 'Meanwhile' written during the COVID-19 pandemic. “We feel like we have grown somewhat musically stronger during the pandemic. And we made the most of it. Locked at home, pushing demo after demo until we had eventually put together a full-length record which we are incredibly proud of.” Overall, the band combines heavy, catchy riffs, fierce vocal expression yet melodic parts to enhance the emotional feeling behind heavy and dark lyrics resembling the everyday struggle, especially within an individual’s mental well-being. MAAE played numerous shows - club and festivals - with great bands such as Polaris, Distant, Paleface and many, many more.
