Introducing George Pelham, a British/American singer/songwriter with a distinctively emotive, soulful voice. He wrote his latest single 'Standout' as a response to being bullied, which made him feel as though he had to stifle his personality, and it combines jangly guitars and triumphant horns to create a song to kick off the summer. The single joins George's ever-growing catalogue. Born and raised in London, George has been writing and performing music for the best part of a decade. Scouts from TV shows such as The X Factor discovered him early on, as well as several reputable management companies, offering a fast-track route to musical success. Determined to avoid compromising on the authenticity of his music, George has continued to turn down these opportunities.
