Hailing from Rogersville, New Brunswick, Vivianne Roy (aka Laura Sauvage) moved to Moncton at the age of nineteen and started the folk-country trio, Les Hay Babies, with her two best friends, Katrine Noël and Julie Aubé. Vivianne’s solo project wrote itself during a couple of years on tour with Les Hay Babies. In 2014, Dany Placard offers her to produce an EP, Americana Submarine - EP, and followed by a debut album, Extraordinormal, in 2016. Through tours with Patrick Watson, Julie Doiron and The Barr Brothers, she discovers acts like Pavement, The Feelies, David Axelrod and Angel Olsen, influencing her in her second record, "The Beautiful", a “stoner political’ album released in 2017. // Née à Rogersville, Nouveau-Brunswick, Vivianne Roy (aussi connue sous le nom de Laura Sauvage) emménage à Moncton à l’âge de dix-neuf ans et forme le trio folk-country Les Hay Babies avec ses deux amies, Katrine Noël et Julie Aubé. Quant à lui, le projet solo de Vivianne s’écrit par lui-même à travers les années sur la route avec Les Hay Babies. En 2014, Dany Placard l’approche afin de réaliser un EP, Americana Submarine - EP, puis un premier album, Extraordinormal, en 2016. À travers des tournées avec Patrick Watson, Julie Doiron et The Barr Brothers, elle découvre des artistes comme Pavement, The Feelies, David Axelrod et Angel Olsen qui lui permettront de donner vie à "The Beautiful", un album « stoner politique » paru à l’automne 2017.
