Resin Moon is the brainchild of songwriter/producer Dave Crowe. Emerging from one of Australia’s most isolated music scenes, Crowe broke out in 2013 after he won NT Song of the Year and multiple international songwriting awards. Producing and releasing music from his Alice Springs studio, the electronic pop act has built a strong following in the Northern Territory and nationally, having toured the Australian East Coast in 2016 and 2017. His debut EP Salt was heralded as one of the most highly original and refreshing electronic pop records of the year, spinning on triple j radio nationally and on international Spotify and Apple Radio playlists. 2018 saw Resin Moon play Bass In The Grass and headline Wide Open Space; two of the NT’s biggest festivals while finishing off his debut album in the studio. ‘Oscillations’, his debut long-player, made an immediate impact in April 2019, with the hypnotic opener ‘Bullet’ added to high rotation on national radio station Double J. In 2020 Resin Moon dropped the single 'The Middle', as well as COVID-19 fund-raising anthem 'Shake Your Booty (at an appropriate social distance), landing 'New Music Friday' and the 'Fresh Finds Pop' Spotify playlists, as well as coverage by ABC TV. In 2021 Resin Moon returns with the 'Bow & Arrow' single, a brand new EP and a stack of Australian festival appearances.
