Atrexial is born on 2014 (Barcelona, Spain) as a one-man-band formed by Naga S. Maelström, and became a live band since 2017 after Louen and Belegurth joined. After releasing the debut album "Souverain" via the Polish label "Godz ov War Productions", the band took part on different festivals and tours around Europe and even Japan alongside with bands like Marduk, Gorgoroth, Ragnarok, Jinjer, Sinister and many more. After such debut, the band claims its rightful place among the most representative of the new Black Metal generation from Spain. The second album "Gargantuan" was released on October 2020 via Base Record Productions. For the first time the band released the same album on Digipak, Vinyl and Cassette tape on limited editions. This is when Vordavoss joins the band and Atrexial takes part on Winter Metaldays and Metaldays festival and many other festivals and concerts around Spain. At this point, the band is working on the 3rd album, to be released during 2023.
