Биография
Man of the Flood is a Fort Wayne based indie-rock band with a heart for diy art. The spawn of childhood best friends Clayton Beehler and Quinn Heiking, Man of the Flood attempts to channel a slightly left-of-center approach to their music by marrying the beats and boops of alt pop with the driving guitars of indie rock, all thrown over complicated drum grooves. After graduating from high school, the duo attended Purdue Fort Wayne and had premonitions of an evolution in their sound. Writing and recording Where It's Warm from their dorm room, they turned their sights toward the stage. The PFW music program provided ample opportunities for new faces, and the group has grown to include several members in live performance, as well as writing and recording. With Brad Steinley on bass, they reached out to high school friend Saber Agnew for backup vocals, guitar, and saxophone. This new lineup released their VESSEL EP with small contributions from the new members. Adding Jessica Grant on keys and vocals, they began writing their big debut. After a year workshopping the songs on stage and in private, the then five members of the Flood released Crystal Bawl to critical acclaim. With the release of Crystal Bawl (Deluxe), long time friend and Glass Hands lead guitarist Jon Iosue joined as they embarked on their second Midwest Tour.
