Yung Woods is an independent self writing and producing artist based in Oslo, Norway. Known mostly for his song "No Straight Lines" and his mixtape "Illusions". Inspired by the works of artists such as Juice Wrld, Travis Scott, Yung Lean, Lil Peep, XXXTENTACION and endless amounts of underground artists, Yung Woods creates music with great diversity, everything from mellow and emotional songs to works that carries a high level of energy. He emerges from the underground musical scene of dreamy hip hop culture. His lyrical content - a mix of both real life and aspiration, is what makes Yung Woods music unique, bringing out a wide spectrum of emotions, metaphors, concrete and abstract imagery. His artist name is inspired by his regular name, his personal and spiritual connection to the forest, and also one of his heart matters - to protect the woods, especially the Rain Forests. 
 He grew up in a small town in Norway, and started his musical journey at the age of 8 years when he first learned how to play the guitar. Later he began expressing himself vocally and started writing his own lyrics. At the age of 15 he saved up money for a bedroom studio, then got himself into the producing area of music, and started recording and mixing his own vocals. 2018 was the year he published his first works, and the following years has lead him to having songs streamed millions of times worldwide.
