In 2019 Toni Jones started making music as a tool for her life coaching clients to practice healing on the go. After great response from the album, she decided to make music full time. She has released five projects so far. Affirmations for The Grown Ass Woman, Affirmations and Chill, I See me Mantras, Get Cha Mind Right (the mental health mixtape) on YouTube and ME VS EVERYME Affirmations of Self Love. The music she creates is healing, she coined it as Affirmation music, because it’s inner conversation based Affirmations set to modern music. Music has a medicinal legacy and she believes that it can be used as a mental health tool to heal self talk all while enjoying the vibes and rhythms of the beats. Which is different from the traditional of saying Affirmations and mantras to relaxing meditation music. This allows the listeners to ride, go about their lifestyle on the go while being well. Toni Jones considers it a great honor to create like this for the human family.
