    whatupVERN is a Hip Hop artist/songwriter born and raised in South Central, Los Angeles. He started writing music at the age of eleven and recording professionally for the first time at seventeen years of age. Growing up in South Central, Vernon  discovered his strength and ability to write his truths through his music, as well be a voice willing to vividly share lived experiences.
