Биография

Nadia Gattas is a Danish vocalist and songwriter. Born from Egyptian and Moroccan heritage, music was part of Nadia’s soul right from the start. Her love and talent for singing began at 5 years old with introductions by her father to iconic Arabic singers in particular the late ‘Umm Khulthūm’. It was a natural progression for Nadia to pursue a career in music. Never one to be a ‘label chaser’ Nadia found her calling and transitioned into the Electronic music scene influenced by her brother's love of 90’s House music. Nadia was soon recognised as an international artist. Nadia identifies her as one of Denmark’s most successful artists with both gold and platinum-selling records, a ‘Top 20 on Billboard Dance Chart’, and multinational chart positions. Nadia was showcased on several major labels including Sony and EMI. Nadia’s move to the electronic music scene was seamless and signed to Sony’s ‘disco:wax’ which harbours genre leaders such as Axwell and then to Denmark's premier publishers ‘Lifted House’ joining Fedde Le Grand, and Funkstar De Luxe. Nadia has gained the reputation as being a truly adaptable house queen collaborating with leading international labels and artists such as Spinnin Records, GATTÜSO, Oliver Helden’s ‘OH2 Records’, Armada, Swedish ‘CAZZETTE’, Funkerman, TooManyLeftHands, and Ultra Records. Nadia Gattas has a very exciting year ahead of her with several further signings and collaborations that will see her further make her mark in electronic music.
