Born in Toronto, raised in Hong Kong and of Japanese descent, TXMIYAMA's music mirrors his diverse upbringing. Exploring the themes of the city lifestyle, being an outsider everywhere, and relatable, real life pain, his deep, gritty voice cuts through the beat and has become recognisable in the local scene. Sometimes swerving in and out of his second language Japanese, TXMIYAMA has managed to create a solid following representing his city of Hong Kong and wishes to eventually expand into the rest of Asia.
