Биография
In 2009,formerly known as Sidre’s name became “Yaşru.” Yaşru, which means ‘mystery, secret’ in Gokturk language, has been making a music featuring such a dense ancient period Turkish culture and folkloric feelings with the blending of ethnical Turkish instruments and metal tunes. In 2014, Yaşru got into the market with their album “Öz”.The blending of ethnical instruments such as shamanic drum (şaman davulu), shepherd’s pipe (dilsiz kaval), rebab (kabak kemane) determined the characteristic style of Yaşru. After the first album, the band released a 7-song album called “Börübay” in 2016. In that album, the brutal vocals drew attention. The band used more folk metal elements in this time with the continuity of the previous album’s ethnic feeling. Also, a video was shot for the song “Atalara” (To the Ancients). In 2017, there was some member changes in the 8-song album “Ant Kadehi” (The Goblet of Oath). Apart from Berk Öner’s ethnic instrument usage, there have been significant alterations in the band’s sound with the participation the new members. Especially, in that album, the bass guitar sound was used more effectively. The eponymous song of the album “Ant Kadehi” (The Goblet of Oath) has become one of the best-known songs of the band. In January 2021 Band released their last album "Kar Prensesi"(Snow Queen) Current Line-up: Berk Öner: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Ethnic Instruments Ömer Serezli: Bass Guitar Cemil Can Çolak: Drums
