Биография
"The Kindie scene's breakout star." - New York Family Magazine Tim Kubart found his love for children's music while volunteering at an NYC homeless shelter for women and children during college. He won the 2016 GRAMMY Award for Best Children's Album, for his independently released, HOME. Tim spent four years as Host of the twice Emmy Nominated SUNNY SIDE UP, the only LIVE morning show for pre-schoolers, on NBCUniversal's Sprout Channel. Tim also works on music for other children's properties, most notably Sesame Street. Compositions include "We Can All Be Friends", the introductory song for Julia, the first muppet with autism. Tim also wrote and performed "Growing Together" for the Sprout float at the 2016 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Tim is on a never ending tour playing concerts for kids and families and has performed thousands of times in every situation imaginable across the country, and has headlined family stages at Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits. He's on constant rotation on SiriusXM KiDs Place Live. Tim is potentially still best known though as "Tambourine Guy," a longstanding cast member of the viral music collective Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox. Performance highlights include Radio City Music Hall, LA's Greek Theatre, Denver's Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Moscow's Crocus City Hall. His first picture, "Oopsie-do" will be on shelves May 1st. 2018 will also be marked with a tour of Nigeria through the United States Embassy arts program.
