Born & raised in Dallas/Fort Worth TX, CJ TopOff is a independent recording artist who fuses elements of Hip-Hop, Psychedelic Rock, & Spirituality. As a child he fell in love with rap music, writing poetry & lyrics in journals with early influences such as Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Kid Cudi & The Notorious B.I.G. At age 12 he began recording music with his cousin using the iPhone voice memo. At age 14, he bought his own microphone & began recording music as a solo artist. He became inspired by underground artists such as Lil B The BasedGod, Flatbush Zombies, Bones, Xavier Wulf & many more. His 1st official single was “Black Boy Allen” & is still his most popular single amassing over 500,000 streams. He is founder of the hip-hop/spirituality movement Psychedelic Squad.
