Sona Mohapatra is a bonfide desi music superstar with hit albums and singles both of her own and in Bollywood & she also runs her own music production house & label Omgrown Music. She has collaborated internationally with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, with the INXS band, several top DJ’s, Strings, & even David Bowie. She is a cultural youth icon, champion for women's rights & a changemaker. Her concerts in India see turnouts over 100,000 fans. Sona is known for her social commentary & fought and won one of the only victories in India's # MeToo movement which was declared as dead & dusted & has also been on the forefront of the fight for music copyrights for artists as a music producer.
