Nathalie Meskens aka MSKNS (°1982) is a Belgian singer, songwriter, actress, TV-personality and entrepreneur. Nathalie has been singing and acting from an early age on. From the age of 12 she started writing her own songs. Any the stage was never far away. After many years of doubting to attend the acting school or the conservatory to study music she decided on acting at the Maastricht Academy of the Arts. As an actress she is known for many series like ‘Gina & Chantal’, ‘Danni Lowinski’ and movies like ‘Pippa’ and ‘Allemaal Familie’. Music remained her passion and it made her tour for many years with cover shows, like the successful ‘Meskens in Motown’. Until she finally found her own style, her own words, her own music. A journey of reflecting and using songwriting as a therapy. After her successful debut single 'You Knocked Down My Walls,' MSKNS is ready for more. Her second single 'Gotta Run' is an uptempo song that makes you long for balmy summer nights. 'Gotta Run' is about the rat race we live in. You run from here to there and feel like you are sometimes behind certain things. With the song, MSKNS wants to give the message to follow your own pace and make time for things that make you truly happy. A beautiful message to live more in the moment.
