Биография
Jake Llaguno, is a singer and songwriter who was born in Manila, Philippines but raised his entire life on the Big Island of Hawaii. An all-around performer who has been putting together songs since he was a kid making melodies and sounds as a pastime in the back of his parent's car. He's now residing in Los Angeles, California constantly evolving and working on his craft. With his calm soothing vocals, Llaguno experiments with his songwriting process to put together a unique sound. He gathers his many music inspirations from a wide variety of other artists such as Joji, Ed Sheeran, and BoyWithUke, which translates to him being a multi-genre artist creating songs that fall under RnB/Soul, Pop, Lofi, Alternative, and many more. When the world basically closed down in 2020, Llaguno grew a following on TikTok as an Anime content creator, which allowed him to have a platform to introduce his musical side. He started off making music that his Anime fans could relate to but has now started working on songs that tell his story. Llaguno started uploading his music and performances online under a stage alias, J Theory back in 2011. Since then, he's dropped his alias and went with Jake Llaguno, a shorter version to his full name, Emerson Jake T. Llaguno. With new experiences, influences, and time, Llaguno has grown as an artist, allowing him to try new things with his music.
