New Mandarin though not a well-known ethnic group from Thailand, it is neither your average independent Modern-Indy-Pop-Rock band.NMDR was formed back in 2013 by ex-bandmates of GRASS, Kla (Phakthana Preedawiphat / Vocal, Guitar, Synth)and Toy (Pattapong Wirungruangkul / Guitar, 王様) who have been making music together since their high school time. More members joined the band shortly after somehow when Kla invited his architectural college classmates Gigi (Patlapa Davivongsa/ Exvocal and Bassist) and T (Wongsakorn Wattanavekin/ Drummer). In 2015 Toy forcibly invited his skeptically talented colleague, Sky (Thunhavich Thitiratsakul /Pianist)
