Named after bassplayer Van Elderen’s year of birth 1966, Fire Horse has arisen out of the ashes of what once was. According to Chinese astrology the horse with the element of fire stands for reliable, full of temperament, edgy, alive and enthusiastic. Fire Horse is musically looking back to the '70's and '90's and is moving from power rock and post-grunge: from desert rock a la Masters Of Reality and Queens of the Stone Age to Stone Temple Pilots, Foo Fighters, Royal Blood or Wolfmother.
