Experimental pop duo “Psychocandy” brings a new inflection to the contemporary music scene. Comprised of Cassie Steele, a solo artist and actress known for her critically acclaimed roles in “Degrassi: The Next Generation” & “Rick & Morty,” and Jase Blankfort, a multi-instrumentalist producer and artist who served as the lead/frontman of the internationally and critically acclaimed band “Glint.” The pair met as young teen actors on a movie set in 2003. Both had already begun their musical journeys and quickly formed a friendship, relating to each other through the whirlwind of their evolving careers in the arts. Cassie and Jase crossed paths again in 2017 and rekindled their friendship leading to multiple media collaborations. Their podcast: "PsychoTalk" offers a glimpse into the world of entertainment from two minds that were shaped by it. Irreverent, playfully humored and interactive, “PsychoTalk” is set to release Fall 2023.
